NLG 4/21/2006: That antenna is pretty ugly. I think if the tinfoil were smoothed out more, you would get much better signal strength.

My Antenna
I tried making this thing and it surprisingly helped a lot.
It took my Signal/Noise Ratio from -90dBm to around -70 dBm!
Transfer speeds went from about 300KB/s to 1000KB/s, i dont get lagged out in games and across the wireless seemed a bit more responsive in windows file windows.
